* If the total consideration of a single deal is above 1cr then it will be treated as 2 booking for executive incentive.

Terms & Condition

  • Scheme valid for projects - Greenfield City, Ozone, Eternis, Swapnopuron, Nirvana, Natura, & Eternia residential only
  • Total sale value* = Base price + Car parking + Height escalation.
  • All the base brokerage for Sales partner/ organisation which is 2% will be released immediately once the agreement is executed & payment of the total consideration is paid by the client within the present scheme tenure. Additional brokerage will he released once the Scheme Period is over.
  • Incase of executives, gift voucher worth Rs 5000/- per unit will be released once the agreement is executed & 20% payment of the total consideration is paid by the client within the present scheme tenure. The remaining additional amount/voucher will be released once the scheme period is over
  • The incentive scheme is only applicable for the companies registered under RERA/WBHIRA as a company &the sales executive working under those company.
  • The agreement executed & 20% payment received during the scheme period i.e. Apr'22 to Sep'22 will only be considered as a part of this scheme. Rest will be carry, forwarded in the next scheme period
