Vice President – Projects |
The key purpose of the position is to
assume overall responsibilities include Planning,
Budgeting, Contracts, Procurements, monitoring and
control of all aspects of construction including
Operational, Commercial & Administrative functions of
large scale, multiple real estate development projects
through effective and efficient execution. Lead delivery
on all land acquisition and statutory compliances.
Local liaison with Consultants, Government bodies,
authorities and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth
function of project operations
Driving quality consciousness, project completion within
cost & time, factoring in customer expectations and
ensure total customer satisfaction all throughout the
execution stage and proactively taking corrective
actions.
Dynamic, self driven and passionate personality is
essential.
In a nutshell, he will steer the business towards
enhanced performance, act as a catalyst for change and
implement best practices thereby facilitating the
business to achieve new performance milestones. An
instinct to go beyond “know-how” & technique and
understand the “why-how” and “what-how”. |

Head - Business Development |
Graduate with pleasing personality, excellent
communication skill and a minimum of 5 years experience
in construction industry. Should be able to handle a
large network of association with top people. Should be
able to study the real estate market to identify future
trends, potential areas and new business opportunities. |
